"Sabrina Deitchler of State Farm insurance in Tucson, AZ is the BEST agent I have ever had. I have been through all the insurance companies. Sabrina actually cares about her clients and exceeds expectations of what you would think an insurance agent is capable of. She treats her clients as she would her own family. In fact, she makes her clients HER FAMILY. She helps to guide you and support you in times, which I hope does not happen to you, that you need someone that knows the business, has empathy, and will protect you. I say I hope you never have to ask her for assistance because I wish no harm on anyone. If insurance is needed, something bad has happened. I wish that on no one. I will tell you this, if you do need an agent, advocate, friend, family…. Your choice should be Sabrina Deitchler and her team. There, REALLY, are true angels that walk among us in time of need….. she and her team are proof of those angels. I have referred my friends to her and they have nothing but wonderful things to say. If I ever leave Tucson, AZ…. I hope Sabrina will still be able to be my agent. I know she will always be my friend and family wherever I am.There are still good people in the world….. "I’ve been a customer for quite some time. When I had to file a claim (not my first) Sabrina and the girls were amazing. Sabrina is attentive, treating me as if my claim is the only claim she’s handling. She went over and beyond for me offering me an assistance she can. Getting into an accident can be a horrible experience but working with Sabrina and her team made it go smoothly, get my vehicle back running quickly and most importantly she took the time to understand my needs and met them. "I was a customer next door to this state farm. They had very Loud music playing, singing, and crying over a breakup I could hear everything other than my business at hand. The lady that was attending me was having to talk other all that to explain my contract. Something needs to be done about that."

"I had an appointment this morning, eager to see if State Farm was the same wonderful operation I dealt with years prior. My appointment with Ms. Deitchler was as follows: I arrived on time. I was the only customer in the office, none of the staff were wearing masks. The support staff were at least reaching to find masks when they saw me wearing mine. I'm obviously not young. Over 65, white hair. Ms Deitchler did not have on a mask and was about to shake hands and invite me to sit in a chair much closer than 6'. I declined both, and told her if she didn't wear a mask that our appointment was over. She did not apologize for not having one on, in fact, she did not put on a mask while I was present and she became defensive, stating she had a right to her "opinions" about this. After asking 3 times without an appropriate result, I left. Let me be clear. Covid-19 does not care about her opinions. This is a simple matter of safety. If she wants to offer herself up as a host organism, more power to her. I will stay out of her office. I encourage anyone else concerned about their Covid exposure to do likewise. Most companies, certainly large and respected companies, have educated their crew. They have policies and procedures to minimize risk. I feel really safe buying paint at Dunn Edwards, hardware at Grainger, etc. If she wants to copy our President and refuse masks when they are a matter of public health, that's her legal right. His behavior and failure to act appropriately and timely has cost many lives. Her behavior might cost only a few, if she's really lucky, none. But, it is high risk. I don't cross the street with my eyes closed. I get my medical advice from doctors and scientists. I don't buy insurance at this office."
"I would like to begin by stating State Farm has extended an amazing amount of sensitivity training, client outreach, and other ways to help us as agents prepare for the issues surrounding the handling of COVID-19, however this experience in my office had nothing to do with COVID-19 and our preparedness for it. Our staff is well prepared with masks for ourselves and our customers who come in unprepared. We use masks with all face to face customer interactions, but I do not require my staff to wear restrictive masks 8 hours a day while they are in their own private desk areas. Our desks are wiped down after every customer visit, and hand sanitizer is open and available for everyone to use. My first introduction to Alan Tower was a phone conversation before his appointment between him and a member of my staff. He spent a considerable amount of time spewing offensive hateful political rhetoric which had nothing to do with the products and services we provide. He walked into my office and was greeted by a member of my staff in the lobby area. My staff member was indeed wearing her mask as verified by my security cameras. He was walked back to my office as I was preparing my desk for his appointment and I was not yet wearing my mask as I do not normally wear a mask while I am alone in my personal space such as my private office, car and home. Out of habit I naturally extended my hand as a friendly gesture and quickly pulled back when I recognized his level of sensitivity to the matter. He raised his voice at me and demanded I put on my mask. I complied with his request and as I was adjusting the mask to my face he raised his voice again and proceeded to insult and belittle me in my office. His level of anger, disrespect and extreme intolerance for human nature led me to believe this would not be a friendly and healthy working relationship and I knew the appointment would be over. My office will always strive to provide a safe, caring, and tolerant environment for all of our customers. We recognize personalities and preferences do not always match up perfectly and wish Mr. Tower well."
